Unclaimed property is any check, rebate, refund, or source of money that has not been claimed by the owner for an extended period. After a certain number of years, the money is turned over to Pennsylvania and stored by the Department of Treasury.

Over 118,000 neighbors in our district have unclaimed property. Some folks have $10, some have $500, some have over $100,000! As the cost of day-to-day necessities skyrockets, hardworking neighbors deserve their fair share—especially when they already own the property!

My office will help folks access their unclaimed property on September 22nd and 23rd at my district offices. From 10am to 2pm, stop by our Germantown or Abington Office to see if you have any money waiting to be claimed.

On October 12^th, we will mark one year of being on vigil at the Philadelphia ICE Field Office every Monday. Week after week, the clergy and I have demanded the dignified treatment of our immigrant neighbors. We have been on vigil to expose ICE brutality to the public and offer a call to conscience for ICE agents in the Philadelphia Field Office and across the nation.

Please join the clergy and me on October 12^th at 11:00 AM as we continue to stand united against ICE cruelty. We will rally at Philadelphia’s Immigration Court at 11:00am and march to Philadelphia’s ICE field office after hearing from local leaders and advocates. At the Philadelphia ICE Field Office, we will be on vigil to demand dignity for all.
